Bando Grandi Eventi Regione Calabria – Annualità 2020
OBIETTIVO
La Regione Calabria intende sostenere la coesione sociale attraverso la fruizione di eventi e manifestazioni culturali sostenendo la realizzazione di attività artistiche e culturali con particolare riferimento agli eventi caratterizzati dalla capacità di valorizzare i luoghi della cultura ed attrarre flussi di visitatori e turisti. L’Avviso prevede l’attribuzione del marchio regionale dei grandi eventi e la concessione di un aiuto economico per la realizzazione dell’annualità 2020.
È intenzione dell’Amministrazione realizzare un programma di eventi che possano contribuire ad una migliore e più efficace promozione dell’immagine della Calabria incidendo sull’offerta turistica in periodi ben definiti nel corso dell’anno.
Gli eventi, il cui contenuto artistico culturale di qualità e in grado di competere in un più ampio circuito nazionale e internazionale, sono da ritenersi attrattori turistici perché capaci di accendere i riflettori sulla comunità locale, sul paesaggio, sulla tradizione e l’identità.
BENEFICIARI
I soggetti promotori di eventi artistico-culturali che esercitano un ruolo di indirizzo culturale, sociale, economico e gestionale e sono responsabili delle scelte operate sia in fase di progettazione, sia di realizzazione dell’evento artistico culturale e che assumono inoltre la diretta responsabilità dell’attuazione dell’evento culturale nei confronti della Regione Calabria.
CONTRIBUTO
I progetti saranno finanziati nella misura massima del 80% della spesa complessiva ritenuta ammissibile e per un importo massimo pari a Euro 300.000,00.
I Soggetti Proponenti dovranno garantire e dimostrare compiutamente, pena la non ammissibilità al finanziamento, la copertura finanziaria della parte delle spese non coperte dal finanziamento di cui al presente Avviso Pubblico attraverso il ricorso a risorse proprie o ad altre fonti di finanziamento.
DOTAZIONE FINANZIARIA
La dotazione finanziaria complessiva è pari a 2.000.000,00 Euro.
DOMANDA
Le domande potranno essere presentate entro e non oltre le 12,30 del 15° giorno successivo dalla data di pubblicazione del presente Avviso Pubblico sul Bollettino Ufficiale della Regione Calabria.
La domanda di partecipazione, indirizzata al Dipartimento Turismo, Spettacolo e Beni Culturali, dovrà essere consegnata all’ufficio del protocollo della Regione Calabria, presso la Cittadella Regionale, V.le Europa loc. Germaneto 88100 Catanzaro e potrà, altresì, pervenire entro lo stesso termine a mezzo del servizio postale mediante raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento (non farà fede il timbro postale di spedizione).
VALUTAZIONE
L’iter valutativo si concluderà a seguito della verifica della ricevibilità, ammissibilità e merito delle istanze ricevute.
EROGAZIONE DEL CONTRIBUTO
L’erogazione del contributo concesso avverrà con le seguenti modalità:
- Erogazione dell’anticipazione fino al 50% dell’importo del contributo, dopo la firma della Convenzione;
- Erogazioni successive fino ad un massimo complessivo del 90% del contributo secondo le modalità richieste nell’Avviso;
- Erogazione finale nell’ambito del residuo 10%.
